Our approach is constantly and continually focused on the Chiropractic Office Manager or COM* understanding that the chiropractic office is a business and must be able to function as a business to continue to deliver the best possible chiropractic care to the people in your community. We understand that unless you are able to consistently deliver the best product at an adequate profit you will no longer be able to remain in business. ICCOM teaches the COM* how to support the clinic’s mission and the production of the desired product from the business aspect and understanding.
